Believing in education as a valuable tool to success, the Clark County Real Estate Investors Association encourages all investors to expand their knowledge via courses and membership participation.

It's About Networking    Our members include a wide variety of professions including contractors, attorneys, accountants, realtors, professional property managers, services professionals and others.  Membership in the association provides opportunities to discuss your investment needs with other members.  You will be able to pick up valuable ideas that can put dollars into your pocket.  We are practitioners of fair housing and represent landlords and investors from all sectors of the community.

Speakers and Seminars    We invite speakers who are experts in their fields to address our members at our meetings.  We promote special seminars and do-it-yourself workshops on a variety of subjects.

Monthly Newsletters
The assn distributes a monthly newsletter for real estate investors with information that covers all aspects of real estate investing.

Joining is Easy    Just come to our meeting and feel welcome.  Your first monthly meeting is free.  Membership is $100 annually per person.   As a bonus to join, members receive the comprehensive land lording manual on either CD rom or in a ring binder.

Comprehensive Land Lording Manual    Members receive a valuable manual full of  helpful information such as rental business forms and checklists.   The manual includes a section on the Ohio Revised Code concerning Landlord and Tenant law. The binder information is available CD ROM, see below.

CCREIA Binder is now offered on CD ROM to members.   You won't believe how easy it is to find every form you need by simply clicking on the title in the index.  All forms are editable and can be changed to suit your needs.  They can be copied to your hard drive or just use them on the disk by filling in the blanks and printing them.  You will find that the time you save will more than equal the $20 cost.  Members wanting to see it in action first call Tim Young 937 207 6102.  He can show you how easy it is to use.  Purchase it at the meetings or by calling Tim.

Help CCREIA Grow    All guests are welcome at the monthly meetings but must register at the welcoming table when they arrive.  The first Meeting is free to first time attendees only.  Any subsequent meeting attended by a guest carries a attendance fee.  Any former member attending a meeting who has let their membership expire must also pay the fee.  Please wear your name badge; this helps us know who is current when entering the meetings.
