MONTHLY MEETINGS SCHEDULE
We usually meet the first Thursday of each month and are meeting at Bradfield's Restaurant in the Upper Valley Mall.  Check this web site for meeting updates.  Networking dinner is between 6 pm and 7 pm, and if any formal meeting, it will begin at about 7 pm.

Assn meetings are held at Bradfield's Restaurant in the Upper Valley Mall.  

Regular meetings are held on the 1st Thursday every month.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Membership Meeting   Thursday August 5, 2010  6pm - at Bradfield's Restaurant.  We are meeting to make changes to our bylaws.  Every member is requested to attend.

RECENT MEETINGS

June 2010 - Networking dinner at Bradfield's Restaurant.

May 2010 -  Guest speakers - Mary Roberts and Carrie King. The topic was about personal finances - the basic methods of budgeting and money handling for tenants and or prospective buyers.  

April 2010 - Networking dinner at Bradfield's Restaurant.

March 2010 - Networking dinner at Bradfield's Restaurant.

February 2010 - Networking dinner at Bradfield's Restaurant.

January 2010 - Networking dinner at Bradfield's Restaurant.

December 2009 - Holiday Dinner was our December meeting at Perkins Restaurant.  A good time was shared by all.

November 2009 - Guest speaker was Dan Chatfield from the Clark County Combined Health District discussing Bedbugs.   

October 2009 - Was an open forum with members discussing their experiences and offering advise to other members.

September 2009 - Marlo Fox of Think Tank Springfield discussed the program "Bridges out of Poverty".

August 2009 - Anita Perrin, Director of Assisted Housing with Springfield’s Metropolitan Housing Authority.  Talked about Section 8 and updates that have occurred with the program.

July 2009 - No Meeting, summer vacation time

June 2009 - Guest speaker was Debra Shaw, Director of Clark County Waste Management District (CCWMD).  She discussed the mission and goals and operations of the CCWMD as well as the single waste hauler proposal being considered by the Springfield City Commissioners. 

May 2009 - guest speaker was Sham Reddy a very experienced investor and agent, discussed various techniques to meet new tenants and keep rental units occupied.

April 2009 was a lively and enjoyable open forum.  Discussions among members ranged from the economy affecting the housing market to experiences in evection court.  Members shared their stories, and everyone learned something useful.

March 2009 guest speaker was Sham Reddy Biography.  On Thursday March 5, 2009, Sham discussed Lease Purchases, Lease Options, & Land Contracts.
