Sham Reddy

Sham has been a member of GDREIA for 16 years.  Currently he is the Vice-President, Trustee and Chairperson of Workshops committee.  Sham also serves as the Vice-President of Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA), which in 2006 recognized Sham as the “Top Recruiter” of members into REIAs in Ohio

Sham serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) and Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR).  He is a State approved Instructor for Realtors for their continuing education (CE) offering courses across Ohio and Kentucky.

After 15 years as an Electrical Engineer, Sham became an Investor/Realtor in 1992.  He is currently associated with RE/MAX Spirit Realty.  Sham is well recognized in the Real Estate Community by his peers for his volunteer work, contribution to Fair Housing principles, and his overall philosophy of “Get by Giving”.  Sham helped several homeowners either to save their credit and/or their homes by negotiating with their lender through Short Sale Process.

Sham lives in Dayton with his wife of 30 years.  Two of their three children are in colleges.
